- Supporting the project team
- Daily administrative duties
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Updating the CRM system with client records
- Ensuring all customers interaction is logged
- Manage and track engineers
- Manage training for staff
- Supporting ad-hoc admin when requested by project managers

**Skills**:

- Highly organised - to deal with multiple requests from the teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to Priorities tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working in a fast past environment
