We are seeking a Sales Administrator in a full-time role to bridge the gap between the sales team and the operations team (visualisers). You’ll be joining an extremely busy 3D CGI company that serves 100s of UK Property Developers, architects and housebuilders per year and looking to keep growing.

You’ll work with the sales team to ensure projects are completed within expected timeframes and be the guide for our customers who start projects with us, be with them through their journey with us and ensure they have a smooth experience and ultimately we deliver them the service they expect.

You’ll thrive on being in a busy environment where you’ll be an integral part of not only running the role but creating and adjusting processes to improve both the efficiency of the role and the customer experience.

You will also have (or quickly gain) a wealth of knowledge on the visualisation process and on how to quote for certain projects, so a knowledge of the construction or property industry is a bonus.

A background in Architecture or design is also a bonus but not essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage projects from once they are paid to completion
- Handle the creation and upkeep of project briefs
- Liaise with internal teams on quoting/pricing needs
- Communicate updates on projects to clients
- Complete project administration and ensure project briefs are 100% ready to be sent into production
- Ensure clients are satisfied throughout their experience with us via communication channels
- Travel and work from the office in Rochester, Kent when required.

- Understanding of systems and process + experience with technology systems and project management software.
- Demonstrated ability of excellent customer service

- Being able to operate in a team environment
