**Contract Administrator duties**
- As an integrated role, you will work between the sales team, customers, and the factory and support departments.
- Order processing, planning and scheduling for customers
- Completing and sending out quotations
- Calls to follow up on orders and deliveries and liaising with delivery companies
- Responding to and solving customer's queries
- Providing administrative support and sending out literature
- Providing an After Sales service for customers

Contract AdministratorSkills required
- The role will involve regular telephone contact with customers. Therefore, confidence on the telephone and a well-presented and professional approach is essential
- You must have proven experience working in an administrative role
- Project management experience skills would be advantageous
