Customer Service Administrator

We are currently recruiting for our Client who is well-known for their Luxury clinics, top spas and prestigious retailers. They are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic head office team.

**Key Duties**
- Stock control/support.
- Managing Office Stationary and Supplies.
- Processing Phone Orders, Gift Vouchers, Taking payments.
- Post duties.
- Help customers register on our website and process any orders.
- Customer service/Sales - chat via the website.

**Successful applicants will have**
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Customer service experience (1 - 2 years).
- Able to work independently, efficiently and be self-motivated.
- A quick learner who is willing to advance their skills with a view to career progression within the company.
- Computer literacy such as Outlook/Word and have excellent Microsoft office skills including Excel.
- Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent phone manner and have a good command of both written and spoken English.
- Capable of building strong and professional relationships.
