Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational activities of both the restaurant and supermarket
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g., ERP, payroll systems)
**Skills**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of general office procedures and clerical tasks
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g., ERP, payroll systems)
**Salary**: £2,000.00 per month
