**Our client is a global leader in the manufacture and supply of occupational hygiene and environmental monitoring equipment.** Through continued growth they are looking to recruit a Customer Support Assistant
**What you will do -**
- Enter, process and confirm sales and service quotations and orders for customers.
- Ensure customers are provided accurate and timely information and are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner ensuring professionalism at all times.
- Recommend amendments or improvements to any current administration system to the Customer Excellence Supervisor to facilitate increased efficiency in the processing of enquiries.
- Support Supply Chain activity during peak periods, holidays and sickness.
- Make recommendations and support improvements to customer service processes and procedures.
**Essential skills -**
You will have exceptional customer service skills
Good written skills
IT skills with excellent knowledge of MSOffice especially Excel
**An advantage to have but not essential -**
Order processing experience
Experience of working with a technical product.
