An MSP in Leeds is looking for an IT Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an extremely dynamic position that requires a proactive, organised and forward-thinking individual to really make this position their own.
As the IT Operations Manager you will be involved with developing and implementing IT Strategies and roadmaps for the business, as well as for their customers. You will also act as an escalation point, dealing with the most complex of issues, and will be involvedin delivering projects of varying levels and sizes.
Whilst it is essential you have strong technical skills, excellent communication is also essential for liaising with customers directly, as well as working closely alongside the pre-sales team to discuss business’ requirements and changes across the market.
