Job Title: Infrastructure Operations Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Analyst to join our team at Fruition IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring internal systems, processing alerts, and managing incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor internal systems and process alerts in a timely manner
  • Raise and manage incidents via ITSM systems
  • Perform BAU tasks to ensure smooth system operation
  • Manage major incidents and ensure changes are dealt with appropriately
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure incident OLA and SLA's are met
  • Collaborate with other teams in the business to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012, Microsoft SQL Server 2012, O365, WAN/LAN Technologies, and Remote Access
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Microsoft System Centre Operations Manager, SolarWinds, and Squared Up
