**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till with precision
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders
- Provide outstanding guest services to enhance customer satisfaction

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or bar work is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Knowledge of basic maths for handling payments and stock control
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary terminology
- Ability to upsell products and provide helpful recommendations to customers
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques is desirable
