Front of House Team Lead

About the Job:
In this critical role, you will be responsible for promoting services, managing a team, and maintaining customer experience across the venue (Theatre, Library, Catering, MICE). As a seasoned people manager with hospitality or visitor-facing experience, you will foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless interactions at every touchpoint.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute customer-centric strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and motivate a high-performing Front of House team, empowering them to excel in their roles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and efficient issue resolution
