The Ardmel Group are currently seeking a Reception/Admin Assistant to join our team. This is an office-based role within a successful Fife business with over 40 years of manufacturing and garment industry experience.

**Purpose of the Job**:
To provide a welcoming, professional and effective front of house service. To provide administrative support and assistance within the company.

**Main Responsibilities/tasks**:
Answer the switchboard and transfer calls

Managing meeting room & assisting with customer visits

Make tea and coffee for visitors

Ensure that visitor book is completed

General purchasing, e.g. for stationery

Assist Directors with various administration

Assisting in other areas as required

**Key Skills/Experience**:
Previous relevant experience of working within an office environment

Experience of data entry to a high level of accuracy

Excellent attention to detail

Efficient administration skills

IT literate and proficient in use of MS Office

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Excellent interpersonal skills

Clear telephone voice

Able to cope with challenging phone calls

Friendly, able to get along with a range of people

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
