**What you’ll do**:
Providing administrative support to the Housing Team and you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with maintaining the team mailbox and worktray
- Creating and Processing invoices
- Updating records on our housing management system
- General admin tasks
- Calculating Rent/ Service charge and processing adjustments
- Creating tenancy packs
- Communicating confidently with customers
**What we are looking for**:
You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
