Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to provide front-line administrative support in a primary or nursery school. This role will act as the focal point for staff and visitors, ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the school office.
Responsibilities include responding to changes in procedures and IT systems under the direction and supervision of the Headteacher or Admin Assistant/Coordinator.
This position requires a minimum of 4 qualifications at SCQF level 4, including English and Maths (e.g. HNC/HND). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service.
We offer a competitive salary of £18,564 per annum, plus benefits.
