Front of House Team Member

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent hospitality and customer service to all customers
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Have excellent Barista skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
