We are currently recruiting **full/part time Support Practitioners** within our **3 Housing Support Services** across **Fife **and offering great staff benefits to people who are passionate about providing excellent quality care and support to others.

**About the role**:
You will be working within one of our **Housing Support Services** in either **Kelty, Finglassie** or **Auchtermuchty** who currently support individuals with a rage of complex support needs such as Autism, Hearing Impairment, ADHD, Learning disabilities, Epilepsy, Heller’s syndrome and Asperger’s. Individuals are supported in every element of their lives within the service out in the community, with a focus on person-centred care and you will be required to support their needs while on duty. You will be responsible for ensuring the residents health, safety and wellbeing are maintained while responding to any appropriately to any challenging behaviour or emergency situation which may arise and ensure a positive environment where residents feel at home.
