Care Practitioner Management Role

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Support Worker to join their team.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for managing a team of support practitioners and overseeing the delivery of services in your region.
You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement plans that meet the needs of service users, while also ensuring that services are delivered in line with our values and principles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of support practitioners
- Developing and implementing service plans
- Monitoring and evaluating service delivery
- Communicating with service users, families, and other stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and management skills.
The salary for this role is approximately £37,500 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
