We are currently recruiting **Support Practitioners** offering full or part time hours within our **Housing Support Services** in the **Finglassie **area of **Glenrothes**.
You don’t have to have experience but have a willingness to learn and bring the best of you every day. You will receive the best possible support while you navigate your way through your first weeks and beyond. On offer is one-to-one on the job training; in-house classroom style training with our experts; opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge via our e-learning packages and full support in gaining additional qualifications through our own SVQ centre.
**About the service**:
Set on the outskirts of Glenrothes, and established in 2000, the Finglassie service comprises of two, four bed purpose-built semi-detached bungalows each comprising of a large kitchen and separate lounge areas. Each of the eight individuals living within the bungalows have their own rooms with adaptable bathrooms. Each person supported have their own complex needs including, but not limited to, impaired vision, hearing impairment, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, epilepsy and congenital rubella syndrome. Given the complexity of needs, each person’s support package is bespoke to them. Our dedicated team provides 24hr support daily, with every element of their lives, with a focus on person-centred care which allows the individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
