Support Practitioner

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our East Fife services. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various needs, including physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse, and autism.

Your responsibilities will include providing social support, medical support, and personal care to our service users. This will involve assisting individuals to engage with their communities, administering and monitoring medication, and promoting their personal care.

We are committed to providing our service users with a high level of support, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in someone's life. Requirements

* You must hold a Full UK Driving License.

* You will be required to work weekends, shift patterns, and sleepovers if required.

* You will be expected to work in a variety of settings, including in the individual's home and in community settings.
