**About Our Client**:

The responsibilities of the Office Assistant are:

- To deliver high quality experience to all clients and colleagues that attend the office
- Ensure there is a tidy work environment
- Maintain appropriate levels of stock of consumables and stationary
- Setting up on site events involving the appropriate arrangement of furniture, organisation of operational support, organising refreshments and catering through the appropriate channels.
- Setting up meeting rooms, making light refreshments, ensuring that ongoing meetings are provided with top up refreshments
- Dealing with incoming post and outgoing post
- Welcoming visitors and new starters
- Travelling to other offices (when and if required) to provide holiday cover
- Assist the Facilities team with weekly building checks

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Office Assistant will posses:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Presentable and personable
- front of house
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Work well in a team and alone
- Flexibility
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
