Purpose of role:

- To support with the smooth operation of the Make Events office.
- Support People and Culture Manager with employee engagement events and administration.
- Support as an extra pair of hands on exciting and fun client events
- Assist with general administration.

Duties and Responsibilities:Office
- Reception duties: To be the face of the business in answering the door/phone calls into the office.
- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post, including event deliveries.
- Ensure the offices and meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times and support with the management of any cleaning contracts.
- Preparing and looking after all visitors including refreshments, magic touches, meeting space and gifts for external appointments.
- Support with health & safety, first aid, fire, risk assessments, emergency and contingency for the office/unit.
- Administrator of office purchasing: kitchen, meeting supplies, stationary including purchasing.
- Maintain Office document files so that at any time staff are able to locate necessary information at all times.
- Management and ordering of all Event Team uniform.

People and Culture Administration
- To support the People and Culture Manager on the people strategy implementation.
- To support in the coordination of employee engagement events
- Assist with internal celebrations such as catering and orders to ensure magic touches are delivered to our people.

Essential Skills:

- High energy and positive can-do attitude
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Good with software packages and ability to train as a super user and train our in-house team.
- Highly organised with good time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work with and without supervision.

Pay: £16,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
