About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to support the day-to-day running of our contracting business. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in administration, be highly organised, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be confident in managing multiple tasks, working under pressure, and maintaining accurate records.
Based out of our office in Wilmslow, you will work closely with the contracting team to ensure the smooth delivery of services. Your duties will include general administrative tasks, such as data input, appointment making, and reporting, as well as supporting the reception function.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the contracting team
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including candidate holidays and absences
- Take notes for meetings and ensure action points are completed
- Report, monitor, and evaluate documents to ensure compliance
- Deliver excellent customer service over the phone and in person
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration or a related field
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confidence in using computer systems and software
