Business Administrator/Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Business Administrator/Receptionist to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As part of our busy contracting business, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

The Role:
  • We are looking for an administrative professional with a can-do attitude to support our contracting team, handle administrative tasks, and maintain the front of house.

You will be working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services, managing records, data entry, and appointments. Your excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and attention to detail will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
    • Record keeping, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
    • Managing candidate holidays and absences.
    • Preparing reports and evaluating documents.
    • Communicating with clients and candidates.
    • Providing wellbeing support.
  • Reception Duties:
    • Management of the front of house, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
    • Supporting facility maintenance, including fire alarm testing and PAT testing.
    • Booking training and meeting rooms.
Requirements:
  • Proven administration experience.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

$25,000 - $28,000 per annum depending on experience.
