Office Administrative Assistant

We are a well-established, successful accountancy firm. Due to expansion, we are looking for a keen individual to join our office administrator to join our team. The individual must be able to:
In addition to general administrative duties, the role would include:
- Handling calls external calls
- Processing incoming and outgoing post
- Updating the firm's website
- Updating the firm's various social media accounts
- Maintaining marketing lists and perform marketing campaigns
- All aspects of onboarding clients
- All aspects of organising Events for Webinars / Seminars
- Helping organise the Partners’ diaries.
- Have a positive "can do" attitude
- Be organised and tidy
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel
- Have the ability to work diligently and independently to help maintain efficient office operations.
- Be reliable and a have strong work ethic.
- Be self motivated
- Be organised
- Be personable
Previous experience working in a similar role is helpful but not essential.
Salary is dependant on previous experience.
Internal training will be provided to the successful applicant.
