We are a Low Energy Building Design consultancy with a variety of exciting projects across the UK ranging from high end homes to region wide public sector projects working from our two offices based in Wilmslow, South Manchester.

Our administrator role requires a dynamic approach and requiresan all hands on deck approach. Each day will bring a varied workload and you will be required to learn in house technical administration functions so you must have a willingness to learn our unique and sometimes complex processes.

Duties will include:

- Reviewing client enquiries
- Preparing technical quotes based on floor plans
- Invoice chasing
- Document storage
- Use of Xero accounting software
- Process writing and improvement
- Contacting new and existing clients
- Managing the inbox and complex queries with team guidance
- MUST be comfortable and confident on the phone dialling out and receiving calls in
- Be willing to get stuck into all aspects of the role and turn their hand to any task
- Have strong math capabilities
- Be proficient in Excel
- Be a clear communicator
- Ability to prioritise work load

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
