**Compliance Data Administrator - 6 month fixed term contract**

**Closing Date**: Tuesday 22 August

**Interview Date**: Wednesday 30 August

**Salary**:£23989.74

To maintain the association’s fire and asbestos compliance data systems and processes, ensuring the information is accurate and up to date at all times. To assist with the compiling relevant data and information reports. To arrange work inspections and follow-up remedial repairs with residents and external contractors.

The role will include:

- Maintain the quality and integrity of fire and asbestos compliance data using all available systems, URM (repairs systems), RAMIS (compliance systems) by inputting data, checking and identifying data held at all times in order to maintain compliance with statutory duties.
- To provide weekly reports to the Compliance Performance Data Coordinator / Fire Safety Manager on Fire Safety Performance. I.e FRA programme, including FRA actions by category; intolerable, moderate, substantial, and tolerable, and by category, including those outstanding
- To Liaise with asbestos surveying companies and removal contractors to ensure survey programme, updates and remedial work is allocated and progressing as planned in line with KPI’s
- To ensure appropriate PO for the FRA programme and for wider team, ensuring providers delivers 2 months ahead of schedule on FRA Programme to ensure that we remain compliant
- To be the main point of contact within the Compliance Team to raise purchase orders for fire and asbestos activities and work. To prioritise Fire Safety actions that are identified from FRAs or other sources and send these to appropriate persons for remedial work. To liaise with these persons and ensure remedial works are completed within timescales and these actions are correctly recorded as ‘completed’.
- Engage with residents to plan compliance inspections and surveys for the in-house team and external contractors by providing effective communication?
