Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Lease Administrator to join our Customer Experience & Lease Compliance department in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all sites across the region are compliant with data center leases, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lease commencements and ensure compliance with data center leases across the EMEA region
- Assist the Senior Manager with cross-functional deliverables and deadlines
- Coordinate customer move-ins, projects, and audits
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or Legal
- At least 2 years of experience in contract/lease management, commercial construction, operations management, or customer project management
- Excellent communication, project management, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
