Vantage Data Centers is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Lease Administrator to ensure compliance with data center leases across the EMEA region.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will assist the Senior Manager with cross-functional deliverables and deadlines for all lease commencements, support day-to-day obligations to customers regarding operations, monitoring, and Service Level Agreements (SLA), and coordinate customer move-ins, projects, and audits.
Key Responsibilities- Manage technical leases in the data center, commercial real estate, or equivalent industry
- Assist with cross-functional deliverables and deadlines for all lease commencements
- Support day-to-day obligations to customers regarding operations, monitoring, and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Coordinate customer move-ins, projects, and audits
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or Legal
- Professional experience in contract/lease management, commercial construction, operations management, controls/systems engineering, or customer project management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superior organization skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
