Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lease Administrator to join our Customer Experience & Lease Compliance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sites across the EMEA region are compliant with data center leases. Your primary focus will be on managing lease commencements, supporting day-to-day obligations to customers, and coordinating customer move-ins, projects, and audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lease commencements and ensure timely completion of all necessary tasks
- Support customers with operations, monitoring, and Service Level Agreements (SLA) related queries
- Coordinate customer move-ins, projects, and audits to ensure seamless execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or Legal
- At least 2 years of experience in contract/lease management, commercial construction, operations management, controls/systems engineering, or customer project management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superior organization skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Ability to keep information strictly confidential and communicate sensitive information to customers
