Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Administrator to join our Customer Experience & Lease Compliance department in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with data center leases across multiple sites, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Manage lease compliance across EMEA region, ensuring timely delivery and maintenance of data modules
- Collaborate with Senior Manager to develop and implement cross-functional plans and deadlines for lease commencements
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate customer move-ins, projects, and audits, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption
- Develop and maintain expertise in legal real estate terms, critical facilities equipment, and lease management best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or Legal
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract/lease management, commercial construction, operations management, or customer project management
- Excellent communication, project management, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
