**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all bankings are processed and fully reconciled daily.
- Liaise with department managers to resolve queries.
- Counting and reconciling of cash and cheque takings
- Posting daily takings to CDK
- Daily maintenance of cash books including postings to ledgers.
- Reconciliations of Bank Statements.
- Processing of Purchase invoices for vehicle Stock
- Reconciliation of Vehicle Stock funding plans
- Completion of Supplier statement reconciliations
- Raise Sales ledger invoices
- Produce Sales ledger statements and chase outstanding balances

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Excellent time keeping and attendance
- Ability to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities
- Susceptible to change
- Upbeat personality
- Drive for success
- **You MUST be able to drive as the location is not accessible by public transport
