Job Title: Account Manager

Job Overview:

As an Account Manager at Euro Car Parts Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned geographical area.
  • Conduct regular customer account reviews with the branch management team to discuss key performance indicators (KPIs) and potential growth areas.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, logistics, and finance departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the automotive aftermarket.
  • Participate in regional business-specific customer events and attend national and local training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
