Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Account Manager to join our marketing team at The Innovation Centre in Beeston, Leeds. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering the Spinks and Harrison Spinks Export marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute two distinct marketing strategies for Spinks and HS Export
  • Oversee the implementation of these marketing strategies with the team and wider business
  • Set strategic priorities and quarterly objectives/goals
  • Work with and inspire the marketing and graphics teams to support your needs
  • Develop branded content for both areas of the business to help our sales teams tell our unique story
  • Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including social media, to ensure it's perfectly aligned with the wider marketing strategy
  • Review changes to the market, consumer trends, and competitor activity, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
  • Produce and implement marketing campaigns in line with the overarching strategy
  • Identify key events for the business to attend and provide marketing support, such as trade shows
  • Provide ad-hoc marketing and creative support to the wider business
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Potential overseas travel to trade exhibitions
Requirements
  • Excellent understanding of print and POS practices
  • Experience working in B2B Marketing, ideally in technical/manufacturing industries
  • Personable and exceptional communicator
  • Confident in delivering and communicating marketing strategies
  • Competency in a 2nd European language is advantageous but not essential
  • Essential attributes: Hungry, Smart, Humility
