We are working with an SME Manufacturing business based in Bradford West Yorkshire, our client design, manufacture, install, service and repair
a range of products to a number of industries including Oil and gas, Food & Beverage and Utilities throughout the UK.
They have an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join the team and play a key role in delivering the day-to-day administrative function throughout the operation.

**Your day to day responsibilities**:
- Answering inbound calls and directing them via the switchboard
- Welcoming all site visitors and completing signing-in and visitor site inductions
- Ordering office supplies
- Booking meeting rooms/ hospitality/ travel and transport
- Supporting with general administrative tasks including weekly and monthly report writing for H&S
- Inputting purchase orders into the accounts system
- Monthly financial reporting
- General administration
- Management of staff holiday and sickness reports
- Manage fleet bookings to ensure company vehicles are maintained safely and compliant
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous administration experience
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Strong IT skills including Outlook/Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail
