Post Office Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Post Office duties - including sending parcels, letters, handling cash deposits etc
- Process and post incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Prepare and maintain files, documents, and records
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain databases
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a Post Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information
