**Reporting To**: Regional HR Business Partner**Salary**: Market Rate**Contract Type**: Permanent**Hours**: 40 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)**Your role**:
As a result of continuous growth, the opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join our HR Team, based at our Peterborough site, and supporting operations across the UK. This is a hybrid a role, with a requirement of occasional travel to other sites across the UK.Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partners, this role will be responsible for managing end to end HR matters arising from functions in your area, escalating concerns to appropriate sources of support when required. You will support and advise line managers on employee relations, including attending and taking notes of key meetings, in addition to creating outcome letters following formal meetings.You will be responsible for providing guidance, advice, direction and support to line managers and colleagues on all aspects of the employee life cycle. You will be required to keep up to date with developments in employment legislation, enabling you to assist in revising procedures and communicating policies in line with best practice.You will play a key part in the team by supporting HR Business Partners in management of complex absence cases and employee health issues. You will also be able to identify opportunities to upskill line managers and where appropriate, to develop training materials and deliver training sessions.As a HR Advisor, you will be a strong communicator with a customer-focused attitude and a flexible work ethic to be able to work on your own initiative and manage your time effectively.**Who we are**:
