We are recruiting a Senior HR Advisor for a 12 month fixed term contract Maternity cover to provide generalist HR support to colleagues and people managers, on a wide variety of HR and Employee Relations matters in accordance with current legislation and best practice and in a way that builds management capability.
You will be relied upon to provide a proactive, high quality and people-centred human resources service, across the full employment life cycle.

**Some of the great things you’ll be doing**:
- Act as a HR generalist in the provision of advice and guidance on HR policies, processes, and terms and conditions of employment and legislation. Provide an excellent service to our colleagues and people managers through the response and management of queries in a timely way, in line with our culture and tone of voice.
- Maintenance of process guides and HR content across our communication channels to ensure information for colleagues and people managers is accessible and up to date.
- Being an expert within the team for day-to-day operational queries.
- Support the HR leadership team with the administration of confidential hires, such as employment contracts and letter drafting.
- Oversee the HR processing undertaken offshore to provide excellent customer service to CtM and escalation to the HR Operations Manager when required. Ensuring that their processes are up to date and changes are communicated timely and concisely.
- Pro-actively managing any escalations, keeping key stakeholders fully up to date.
- Contribute to the agile processes to ensure a high standard of delivery and support the self-service agenda.
- Anticipate barriers to progress and liaises with colleagues to overcome.
- Meet deadlines as specified in the SLA and ensure monthly KPI’s are met through effective communication, co-ordination and prioritisation.
