**This role will pay a basic salary of up to £28,000, with an OTE potential of £50,000 (with commission included). My client are looking for a Fire & Security Surveyor to join our sales team covering both domestic and commercial properties. Predominantly working in Hertfordshire,Middlesex, Surrey and Buckinghamshire.
Key Skills
- CCTV, Intruder, fire & Access Control technical knowledge.
- Proven Sales Record.
- Design & Sales experience of electronic systems including Intruder Alarms, CCTV systems, Access Control, Fire Alarms and automated gates.
- Good communication skills and experience with architects and high end clients.
- Experience with NSI, BAFE and FIA regulations, is preferable.
Duties & Responsibility
- Attending site surveys to design and plan installation, working on quoting system to create proposals and understanding customer and trade requirements.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Work with sales team for new ideas and processes.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Understanding regulations and requirements for design.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within time.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and line manager.
