My client is looking to recruit a Projects Assistant to work closely with the Project Managers/Associate Directors as a member of the Projects Team assisting in the provision of interior design to the hospitality industry, via the supply and fitting of artwork, bric-a-brac and furniture across stock and bespoke items as specified by clients. This role would suit a graduate looking to kick start their career within the creative sector.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Work under the direction of the Project Manager to assess the requirements of projects
- Be responsible for specific elements of a project and/or individual smaller size projects
- Provide computer design of specified items using Photoshop, Solid Works and other similar software
- Preparation of client quotations for projects, visual packs and presentations
- Source pictures and specify suitable themed items
- Occasional project management on site to fulfil a project
- Direct customer liaison which could include face to face meetings with clients
- Working alongside design agencies
- Take responsibility for ensuring components of a project are in stock or ordered to arrive within the project time scale
- Ensure components to be manufactured are correctly produced via issuing of correct specifications to production departments within timescales and budgets.
- Maintain efficient working procedures within the Projects Department

In return, you will be given a basic salary of between £19,000 - £21,000 with free parking onsite, pension contribution, holiday allowance and benefits.
