The business is a well known local name, with a great reputation in looking after their people. The role is full time, M-F, based in Churchfields, near the train station and offers free parking.

**Key responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Coordinate projects, ensuring customers are kept up to date on timelines
- Maintain and produce records of activity when required
- Document project planning and schedules for the wider team
- Consult with Project Managers and Technical experts regarding tasks and subtasks
- Coordinate dates and orders from suppliers
- Assist the Division Managers with schedules
- General admin duties as you would expect with any Project Coordinator role.
- Experience using MS Office including Word, Outlook, Excel
- Ability to be resourceful and flexible with various project requirements
- Effective communication required
- Able to manager priorities and workflow
- Attention to detail, someone who takes pride in their work
- Happy to work with people. That could be working closely with a Project Manager, colleagues, suppliers, stakeholders
- Planning and organising
- Adapting and responding to change, brainstorm new ideas with the team

**This is a really nice role for someone who loves pulling things together and ensuring the smooth transaction of goods ordered, to goods being delivered on time and exactly as requested. Ideally you would have some coordinating, or admin experience but our client's training is so impressive, it's more about finding someone who is hardworking and enjoys project support.**

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
