A growing Financial Services business, on the outskirts of Horsham is looking for an **Office Administrator** to join their fun and friendly team.
Please note due to the remote location of the office, your own mode of transport is essential.
In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. Main duties include:
- Raising financial documents and invoices
- Logging details and updates onto the company database.
- Compiling reports
- Calculating rates, commissions, and payments
- Raising invoices
Full training will provided, however you must have demonstrable previous administration experience. Your strong communication skills and positive attitude, along with your ability to provide a professional, helpful service to customers will enable you toexcel in this role.
In return our client offers an annual bonus as part of their profit share scheme and an early finish on a Friday
