ABA Leisure Ltd is seeking an Office Administrator to provide maternity cover at their small Head Office based in Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne.

This role is to start as soon as possible

Salary is dependant on experience

**The Role**

Working alongside the directors you will be primarily responsible for the following tasks
- Checking the weekly sales from all venues
- Posting sales & purchases into Sage Accounts
- Filing
- Ensuring correct company procedures are adhered to in all venues daily
- Other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time

**Desired Experience**
- Proven experience in a similar environment
- Ability to plan & prioritise work loads
- Good communication skills
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous use of Sage Accounts advantageous
- High attention to detail

**Benefits & Schedule**
- Hours of Work - Flexible but at least 3 days per week
- 25 days holiday per year, pro rata, plus bank holidays
- Option to join company pension scheme
- Smart / casual dress code

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
