Are you an experience Office Administrator looking for a new role in a rapidly growing business? BMC Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a rapidly growing North East business based in Newcastle to assist them in their search for a sales coordinator to join the team on the permanent basis.

Due to continued expansion our client is looking for an Internal Office Administrator based in our Newcastle head office; the role requires a highly motivated team player who can work under pressure. Reporting into the Sales Manager.

**Main Duties**

As the first point of contact for our hire desk, the office administrator plays a pivotal role in our business. This is a physically hands-on role in a sometimes challenging, fast paced customer service orientated hire desk that requires people to work as a team in order satisfy the needs of our customers whilst growing hire revenue, customer retention and increasing profitability. This is a stand-alone position at the minute with huge potential for growth.

We offer standard 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. In addition to this, you get your birthday off work each year and agree ½ day’s holiday for each year of service. Pension scheme is government standard. We offer free parking. Role must be fully office based (the software is server based so cannot be accessed outside of the office). Working hours are 9-5 Monday to Thursday and 9-4 on a Friday.

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
