Nationwide Assistance Group is an industry leading provider of assistance services to the automotive, travel and medical assistance industries. We provide vehicle assistance for vehicles from standard cars to HGV, including chemical and ADR vehicle assistance. We provide these service and repair solutions for a wide range of industries. We pride ourselves on delivering a first-class service delivery including technical support and assistance to ensure our clients' operations run efficiently and down time is kept to a minimum.
We have offices across the UK and in Europe where we operate our own operational depots alongside our independent network of highly skilled and accredited suppliers.
Are you experienced in either after sales automotive service & repair, fleet maintenance person. Communicate effectively with clients and garage/automotive workshops ?
We are a fast paced on-site UK service and repair provider, where no job/day will be the same. The successful person will be customer centric and will strive to give an outstanding service delivery with a willingness to support the wider team with any duties required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responding to incoming workflow to support and give assistance to our clients to schedule promptly service, repair or VOR breakdown.
- Coordinate with field technicians across our network partners to schedule and dispatch service and breakdown calls as needed.
- Managing service and breakdown requests ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including details of the issue, troubleshooting steps, and resolution.
- Stay updated on product developments, technical specifications, and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.
- Be comfortable in geographic UK knowledge and parts procurement via our online parts portal.
**Requirements**:
- Direct experience in a similar environment workshop, fleet parts, service & breakdown industry related business.
- Clear & concise communication skills, verbal, IT and notes in job
- Team player able to integrate into a small friendly team.
- Experience in technical support, within a breakdown, service, or repair environment.
- Experience in problem solving skills using methodical and cost-effective approach.
- Experience to include the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues with the help from the wider on-site team
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced contact centre.
- Outside of agreed core hours the Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to support control centres and client needs.
- Working knowledge of our operating system -APEX would be an advantage.
