**TS Group **is currently recruiting a customer support administrator to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service while overseeing all the key accounts.
In return, we are offering a salary of **up to £25,000 P/A**, depending on experience
This is a full-time, permanent The hours of work will be flexible working between 7.30am - 5.30pm
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Manage key client accounts and respond to customer communications.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to head of service.
- Produce reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate the delivery of loan machines to customer when necessary.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar customer support role.
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
