Customer Service and Sales Support Administrator

The company CV-Library is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Sales Support Administrator. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and experience in administration to grow with a reputable organization.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with wholesalers, customers, and engineers to agree on installation dates, generating invoices for equipment sales, and assisting the sales team with leads. They will also be required to update the CRM daily regarding sales leads, logging every conversation and action including updating the sales team. Additionally, they will advise customer enquiries on partner services and additional equipment, liaising with Customer Service and Hardware.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a proven track record in customer service and administration, understanding of the Principles of Accounts (Finance), and strong work ethic. They should be able to be flexible to get the job done and work under pressure when deadlines approach.
