Job Summary

As an Administration and Customer Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. You will be working closely with the sales team to resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls, emails, and online reviews within agreed service levels and standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments, issue refunds, and maintain customer data confidentiality.
