Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Administration Specialist to join our team in Peterborough. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients and stakeholders.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator to take on a senior role within our company. You will work closely with our client to provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our client, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence;
- Work closely with our client to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files;
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with our client and other stakeholders;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a mortgage administration role within a financial services environment;
- Solid understanding of the UK mortgage market, including different types of mortgages and regulatory requirements;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Able to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £13,000 per annum, plus benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities. This is a permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday (office hours).
