About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing payroll inputs, checks, and feeds to payroll systems.

You will work closely with our payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, and support internal and strategic projects. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with payroll legislative requirements and best practices, and provide support for employee payroll query resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage payroll inputs, checks, and feeds to payroll systems
  2. Support payroll-related projects and initiatives
  3. Stay current with payroll legislation and regulations
  4. Respond to employee payroll queries and concerns
Requirements
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive experience with payroll and HR systems
  • In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, Statutory payments, Student Loans, and AEOs
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including paid holiday entitlement, pension contribution, private healthcare, and more.
