About the Role
As a key member of our team at Fitzwilliam Hospital, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception and bookings, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Coordinate clinic changes, annual leave cover, and team workload management
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients
- Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload
- Familiarity with IT systems, including Maxim's, and ability to learn new software
