Compliance and Administration Team Lead

About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation and client data is handled securely and in accordance with FCA guidelines, providing high-quality customer service, and handling client queries professionally and efficiently.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a mortgage administration role within a financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage application process, from initial submission to completion
- Ability to handle multiple mortgage applications simultaneously and prioritize workloads efficiently
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client management software
- Up-to-date understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and GDPR requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and solicitors
